Hey, guys! It's been quite a while since I've updated anything for you, huh? I apologise. I've been busy with school work, running the soundboard for the musical, and keeping up-to-date with both my American and British tv shows. It's been rather confusing and hectic, and on top of all of that, I completely ran out of inspiration for anything fanfic shaped. I'm still keeping up with the fics I'm following, and on occasion I'll catch up on the interesting-looking one-shots that find their ways into my inbox, but in general I've left the fanfiction seen for a while.
However, I am still writing. In fact, I'm fleshing out a prophecy I wrote without understanding what it meant, and thereby strengthening my world-underneath-this-one. I have made great use of The Mythical Creatures Bible, which is this really cool, beautifully illustrated guide book to all sorts of fun mythical things. It's brought Selkies into my magical world, which isn't in any way a bad thing, and given me a new name to obsess over. Good thing I have people reading it and liking it, or I might stop writing for fear of its being way too cliché.

Do you remember?
Do you remember agulaskrawthy (that was fun to say, specially with my pronunciation) years ago when I wrote that very, ah, shmrgilnrphf story? That was very specific, I know. I apologise, my brain has been melted with Dramione flavoured lemons. Dramione coloured? Shaped? I really don't know. It wasn't entirely an accident, but now my brain is just like weeeeeeeeeeeeeee I'm loopy so I'm thinking that now might be a good idea to bring up that story again.
I'm talking abouot TTLT, in case you were wondering. I mean 'that very shmrgilnrphf story' makes it obscenely clear in my mind, but that's probably only because I pronunce it like someone who's forgotten what talking sounds like.
In other news, I'm really tired and should go to bed. I wonder where the Pirates DVDs are. I think I might just go on a quest for them. (That would be something somewhere in between a quiz and a test, like a tiz, not like an epic adventurer (oh poop face that works) filled with pixies and sprites.)
Goodnight.

Back to HP
I've recently returned to the wonderful fandom that is Harry Potter. Because of this, I've gone digging and found old stories (such as NADCT). I've rediscovered the fun of making banners and taken it up again with a bit more skill now. It's good, but it also means I'm not really writing much anymore. I am beta'ing stuff for the friend who got me back into HP, but other than that, and reading stuff on HPFF, I'm basically taking a long hiatus from fanfics.
Well, from ff.net, anyway, which is probably a good idea, seeing as I completely lost my muse for Doctor Who things, and that's about all I really write anyway. I think I'll get back into it around the time the new series comes out, or maybe I'll just be placated by new episodes of it.
Oh, right, I wrote an introspective Regulus Black one-shot that I should probably put up at some point. Eh, in the future.

HELLO NEW YEAR!
Right, silly me, saying I was going to update anything regularly... what on Earth was I talking about? I must have been out of my mind at the time, or some such silly nonsense.
Anyway, as it's only been a month and a half since I last updated this thing, I have nothing really to tell you. My muse went AWOL for most of last month. Still haven't figured out why, but I watched three episodes of Doctor Who new series 1, including my two favourites. Anyone want to guess which they are? In other news, I should be putting up a one-shot that's technically a Torchwood-NCIS crossover, but as there's only a tiny bit (and the fact that it's inspired by a crossover fic) that actually makes it a crossover, it's going to be listed under Torchwood. Because you just can't find the crossovers within the normal stories, so no-one reads them unless they're looking for a crossover. It's already been beta'd; I'm just waiting for title inspiration to hit.
In addition, I'm working on a three-part one-shot inspired by that last scene of 'The Doctor Dances'. Does that make it a three-shot, then? I don't know. Anyway, the point is that I'm working on something new and Who. Also, I was re-inspired to work on my idea with the Tribophysical Waveform Macro-kinetic Extrapolator. Which is an object name I have spent so long practising saying I didn't even blink when Jack said it as fast as I can in Boom Town, which I watched today. And I've gotten a few more ideas to add to that plotline...
